B&R Policies

We believe clear communication helps every project run smoothly. Our policies cover important details such as pricing, font and thread options, order cancellations, changes to your order, and turnaround times.

Please review these guidelines before placing your order so we can ensure the best possible results and a hassle-free experience from start to finish.

Pricing

Every logo has its own personality — and our goal is to make yours look sharp and true to your brand. At B&R Embroidery, prices are based on the number of stitches and the complexity of the design. We don’t charge extra for additional colors or overall size. If a thread color tweak* will make your design stand out better on the garment you choose, we can make that adjustment. Discounts may be available for larger orders.

Digitizing

Before a single stitch is sewn, your design must be translated into a special embroidery file that tells our machines exactly how to stitch it. This process, called digitizing, is a skilled craft — not a push-button task. We consider fabric type, design size, placement, detail level, and thread colors to ensure a clean and professional finish.

 

Digitizing fees begin at $45.00 for smaller designs (such as a left chest or cap logo) and increase for larger, more detailed designs like jacket backs or full-front artwork.

  • This is a one-time setup for each logo.

  • Your fee includes a test sew-out on similar material for approval.

  • For oversized designs, we provide a partial sew-out; a full sample sew-out is 50% of the regular embroidery rate.

  • Edits to your original artwork are covered in the digitizing fee.

  • We securely store your digitized file for future use.

  • For quality control, we do not use customer-supplied embroidery files.

  • Orders with multiple logos may qualify for a discount

Font & Thread Options

Choose from our wide selection of thread colors — including specialty options like multi-tone*, glow-in-the-dark*, metallic*, and filament*. Flame-resistant threads that meet OSHA/Union standards* are also available. We can match custom Pantone colors upon request (special-order fees may apply).

 

Our font library is extensive, and custom font styles* can be arranged. Upon request, we’ll create up to two complimentary digital previews of your text, name, or design before embroidery. Additional previews beyond the first two are $5.00 each.

Customer Supplied Items

If you provide your own garments or items for embroidery, please be aware that B&R Embroidery cannot guarantee against damage from machine operation, handling, or pre-existing flaws in the material. All customer-supplied goods are embroidered at your own risk.

 

For multi-item orders, we follow the standard industry allowance of: - 2.5% acceptable loss per embroidery location - Example: 2 locations = 5%, 3 locations = 7.5%

 

If our defect rate exceeds this standard, we will credit you for the affected items. We cannot be held responsible for lost sales, delays, or vendor/shipping issues.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once production begins, changes or cancellations may be subject to restocking fees and return shipping charges. Because each order is custom-made, all sales are final.
